Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days upon receipt. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 1-2 weeks. 

Shipping Methods: We offer various delivery methods to cater to your needs, including standard mail and local pick up. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the selected method and destination.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Additionally, some items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
